• Post graduate from a global reputed institute with an experience of 3+yrs.

• Must have worked in internet/ecommerce environment .

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a team and a fast-paced dynamic business environment.

• Self-motivated to drive organizational impact, and meet aggressive objectives.

• Creative thinker to drive best solutions for business.

Role And Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the marketing and brand strategy for driving awareness, adoption and equity of brand product in India & Global.

• Responsible for Brand Planning & Deployment, media planning & market intelligence.

• Responsible for Acquisition optimization, ROI and Acquisition targeting.

• Responsible for scalable and high impact on-ground activation: Direct Marketing, Events & Co-Marketing.

• Responsible for planning and executing across performance marketing channels: search, Display, Ecosystems, Social Media & PR .

• Own and manage the marketing budget.

Keyskills

• Proficiency in managing partner relations: Research Teams, Agencies and Vendors.

• Exposure to management of digital and social media.

• Should have seen and understood the other elements of marketing, like branding, consumer insight, consumer engagement etc.

• Detailed understanding of all Marketing channels including Adwords, Facebook ads, SEO, Social media, Email Marketing, Affiliates marketing and web analytics.

• Familiar with cross-cultural dynamics and business practices in international markets.
